3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Packaging the Return: Carefully package the item in its original packaging or other suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include all original accessories and documentation.

  4. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return arrives safely.

  5. Processing the Return: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and confirm that it meets the return criteria. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return.

  6. Refund or Exchange: Upon successful inspection, you will be issued a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) or, in the case of an exchange, a new item will be shipped to you.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within the same 30-day return window. The replacement item will be shipped to you after we have received and processed your return. If the replacement item is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
